Dr. Larry Sledge
Dr. Larry Sledge is the former Director of Choral Studies, Florida Southern College, conductor of the Lakeland Choral Society, and Choir Master of All Saints' Episcopal Church, Lakeland, Florida. Dr. Sledge holds a Ph.D. in Music Education from Florida State University and the master's and bachelor's degrees in Vocal Performance and Composition from Southern Illinois University. He has also served on the faculties of St. Leo University, University of South Florida, and Southern Ilinois University. Highly regarded in the sphere of choral music nationwide, Dr. Sledge is past President of the Florida Chapter of the American Choral Directors Association and is frequently sought after for clinics and as guest conductor for choral events. Over his career, his choirs have toured England, Ireland, Austria, Italy and the southeastern United States.
